Support at-risk youth in Skagit County

Support at-risk youth in Skagit County image

Youth in Skagit County face barriers on their journey to adulthood. Some struggle with housing insecurity, others seek a safe place to study after school, and some need access to healthy activities or someone to help them take the next steps toward independence.

With your support during the Skagit Valley Family YMCA's Impact Skagit Campaign, you can help youth meet these challenges head-on.

Your generosity can fuel a continuous circle of care:

  • At the Sedro-Woolley Rec Center, where teens find connection, mentorship, and a sense of belonging along with access to food and a hot meal, clothing, and support services
  • Through Street Outreach, where staff meet youth facing homelessness or housing insecurity wherever they are, building positive relationships and offering a hand up
  • At the Oasis Youth Shelter, which provides safe, emergency housing, meals, and guidance for teens with nowhere else to turn
  • Via MV HOPE Coalition-led drug-prevention initiatives empowering young people to make healthy choices for their futures
  • Through scholarships that ensure every child can access childcare, youth sports, and summer camp—no matter their family’s income

Make a year-end tax-exempt gift today to help local youth in the year ahead.
